Intro
Betwixt the beach and bustling town centre, The Wee House offers a haven of calm and quiet complete with a courtyard garden, private parking and pet-friendly interiors in which the whole family can relax and unwind.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Calm colour schemes, contemporary wood furnishings and warm carpets underfoot create two first floor bedrooms – one with a king size bed, the other with twins – that are sure to induce a great night’s sleep. Two shower rooms – one on the first floor, the other at ground level – offer the ultimate in cleansing convenience; both are fitted with a heated towel rail and styled to be bright and white.
Cooking and dining
A modern kitchen complete with gas oven and hob, fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher is at the heart of the open plan area here… flooded with light from high windows on one side and bi-folding doors to the courtyard on the other, it’s a place for convivial living.
Outside
The seafront’s just a minute’s stroll from your front door, but for those moments of quiet contemplation (or even a sneaky afternoon nap!) the high-walled and completely private courtyard garden here is a huge bonus. Garden furniture and planters add atmosphere and comfort, and if you’re holidaying with children or pets, it’s a perfect place for them to enjoy some fresh air and sunshine without the worry of any wandering off.
Practicalities
A private parking space that’s off-street and close to the beach gives The Wee House something of a ‘wow’ factor, but this beautifully renovated property boasts so much more. WiFi and towels are provided, there’s a washer-dryer to make light of any laundry requirements, we can supply a highchair for younger guests, and the gas heating is supplemented by underfloor heating downstairs to keep you warm and cosy whenever you visit. Two well-behaved pets are welcome too… the tiled floor and secure garden make this one of our our ‘top dog’ properties; however, please refrain from allowing them upstairs.
