Description

Intro
Perfectly designed and dressed to impress, this high-quality, eco-conscious apartment has so many holiday must-haves... it's perfect for a family or group of friends and even offers private garage parking!

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Two first-floor bedrooms offer the ultimate in night-time convenience; their super-king and king-size beds can be converted to singles so just tell us which configuration you're most comfortable with and we'll make sure it's sorted! A spacious bathroom on this floor features a roll-top bath with double-headed shower overhead, washbasin and wc. On the second floor a king-size bed sits beneath the eaves, while a Velux window to each side of the bedroom offers spectacular views - you'll never tire of the seascape! - and there's a second stylish bathroom here too, also with a roll-top bath.

Cooking and dining
The apartment may date back to the 1900s, but the kitchen here is most definitely a la mode... think bold colours, white cabinets and all the appliances you'd choose for your own home, including a Neff double oven and five-ring gas hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer! There's a table for two within the kitchen, but for bigger mealtime get-togethers you'll use the sturdy dining suite that's in the sitting room - enjoy the view as you eat!

Outside
Just a short stroll from the seafront, The Old Drapery has plenty of open space on its doorstep, but you can enjoy some special moments of Southwold seclusion in your very own courtyard garden - accessed from the kitchen, it comes complete with furniture to seat six comfortably.

Practicalities
Two - yes, two! - private parking spaces are a real bonus this close to the seafront... and one of them is inside a garage! There's so much more to get excited about here too: BT Infinity WiFi, a Smart TV with Netflix, Bluetooth radio and a shed stocked with beach equipment cater for all your entertainment needs, and for those travelling with youngsters we also provide a travel cot, highchair and stairgates. If eco credentials are high on your must-have list, we can tick that box too - the gas heating and electricity here are supplied by Ecotricity from green sources.

Winter and Early Spring Short Stays
The Old Drapery is offering reduced prices for a one or two night stay in winter and early spring 2019; please call the office to book a one night stay.
