Tucked away amid the mews of ultra-modern Tibby’s Way, this multi-level home offers a mature take on holiday living. Contemporary, colourful and filled with light, it puts a party of eight within easy walking distance of all the town centre and seafront attractions.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A cloakroom just off the elegant ground floor entrance hall kicks off the line-up of conveniences, which continues on the first floor where each bedroom boasts its own en suite shower room. The master room on this level has a super-king-sized bed while the other has twin beds, and both have a large built-in wardrobe plus bedside cabinets and a soothing colour scheme. Stairs lead to a spacious second-floor landing complete with walk-in wardrobe, and on this level you’ll find two further bedrooms – one with a king-size bed plus an en suite shower room and the other with twins –  plus a family bathroom… with such a full complement of facilities there’ll be no need for bathroom queues while you’re here!

Cooking and dining

Floor-to-ceiling glazed doors flood the open plan living room with daylight, while strategic lighting illuminates the granite kitchen counters and creates easy-to-see working space around the Neff gas hob and electric oven and stylish range of kitchen units. A fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washer-dryer make light work of all the food prep and clearing-up chores, and a bespoke oak dining suite sets the scene for convivial mealtimes. A charcoal barbecue and outdoor furniture on the garden decking mean it’s easy to move the party into the fresh air whenever you want, too.


Built on what was once an impermeable industrial site, part of the famous Adnams brewery, the Tibby’s Way development was architect-designed to include small green spaces and streets of attractive homes, mirroring the diversity of Southwold itself. Please keep pets on the ground floor and off the furniture – the large sofas and chairs are perfect for nights in with the large screen Virgin Freeview TV, BluRay player and Sonus sound system for entertainment. There’s private parking for one car within the garage and further on-street spaces nearby… once you’ve unpacked you’re unlikely to need the car until going home time!
