Within a wave’s whisper of the shoreline it’s perfectly placed for fun in the great outdoors, but artfully designed to accommodate eight in comfort whatever the weather.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

A walk-in shower room on the ground floor is ideal for beating the morning queues and washing the sand from between your toes, its mainly white styling echoed in the first floor family bathroom where there’s a bath with shower attachment, washbasin, wc and shaver point. Also on the first floor you’ll find two bedrooms – one with a double and the other a king-size bed, plus plenty of built-in storage – while, above, the second floor features two twin rooms, one with sloping ceilings and both with pull-out single beds, plus a conveniently-located cloakroom.

Cooking and dining

Optimising together-time, the open plan sitting and dining room features plenty of comfy seating and a trendy wooden table with creamy-white seats. The colour theme continues in the kitchen, where there’s further dining furniture, plus a wealth of glossy-white cabinet space and all the everyday essentials, including an electric cooker and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. French doors from the dining room lead onto a generously-sized garden where there’s a choice of patio furniture – perfect for eating out!


A brick-paved driveway and ornamental front garden give immediate kerb appeal to this impressive property and there’s space to leave one car here, with more parking available roadside if required. The enclosed garden at the rear is laid mainly to lawn and features decking and patio areas complete with outdoor furniture – the pond has slats over it for peace of mind, but please do keep an eye on any children while they play here.


All the must-haves from home are here, including gas central heating, flatscreen TV, DVD player, stereo system and a desk – and if you really have to work or stay connected with the outside world, a desk and free WiFi are provided too.
