Nautical cool is complemented by über-chic finishing touches in this fabulously refurbished bungalow, where the owner’s eye for detail is evident at every turn. There’s space for eight to spread out both in and out-of-doors, plus every ‘mod con’ you could think of – including USB sockets and an Xbox games console.

Bedrooms and bathrooms
Four bedrooms and three bathrooms feature calming colour schemes and create the ultimate in comfort and convenience. Both with views over the front of the property, one king-size room has plenty of storage space plus an ensuite bathroom complete with bath and separate shower cubicle, while the second has access to a shower room via ‘Jack and Jill’ doors. Sharing this facility is a twin-bedded room that overlooks one of the garden patio areas, and the fourth bedroom – also twin-bedded – has its own ensuite shower room. There’s a separate cloakroom comprising washbasin and WC too… and a high standard of fixtures and fittings throughout, including heated towel rails and, in the bedrooms, hard-wired internet access.

Cooking and dining
Your holiday crewmates will love spending time in the open plan living space here – it comprises a welcoming sitting room complete with three squashy sofas, an elegant dining area and a gadget-filled, fashion-forward kitchen. An island unit, fridge freezer, wine fridge, twin electric ovens and a five-ring induction hob add style and substance to the kitchen, while a washer-dryer and dishwasher make light work of any necessary chores and glossy storage cabinets keep everything ship-shape. Doors lead from the dining area into the garden so you can enjoy food and drink outside when the weather suits, and if you prefer a night in, there are two Smart TVs to provide entertainment.

Outside
Double gates lead to a driveway that’s an ideal parking space for up to four cars, while to the rear of the property a large garden features two patios complete with stylish outdoor furniture plus a barbecue and a large lawn area… the perfect setting for drinks once the sun’s over the yardarm!

Practicalities
The seafront and bustling town centre of Southwold are just a short hike or brief bus ride away, so the private parking for up to four cars is particularly useful here. There’s gas heating for cold-weather comfort plus WiFi for that all-important connectivity to the outside world, and extra-wide doorways along with low-profile thresholds to the main entrance and lounge bi-fold doors make this a real home-from-home for wheelchair users too. Allergies: Please note that the owner occasionally brings a pet to the property so may not be suitable for allergy sufferers.
