Getting away from it all doesn’t have to mean leaving behind those you love spending time with – gather your favourites for a stay at this light, bright bungalow then share the excitement of exploring Southwold and beyond!

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Warm carpets and an uncluttered, calm palette contrast with colourful accessories and art in each of the three bedrooms here. Two of them feature twin beds and built-in wardrobes, while the third is home to a king-size bed and has its own modern vanity unit for in-room convenience. Two separate cloakrooms are included within the one-level floorplan, and there’s a lovely blue-and-white family bathroom with over-bath shower too.

Cooking and dining

Full of light and furnished for comfort, the open plan living room includes a dining suite with ample elbow space for all six guests. Enjoy garden views from the refurbished kitchen, where highlights within include a gas cooker and hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dishwasher – there’s a washing machine here too, if needed.

Gardens on both sides give this quietly-located bungalow a real sense of outdoor space – each is laid mainly to lawn and there’s a patio out back complete with dining table and chairs. There’s off-street parking for up to three cars – with a shop and pub a short stroll away and all the attractions of Southwold within walking distance, you may not need to drive anywhere while you’re here!

Lots of windows let in plenty of sunlight but for added warmth, there’s gas central heating throughout and a gas flame-effect fire in the sitting room too. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome to join the holiday party here and, when you want to unwind at the end of a long walk, there’s a TV, DVD player and WiFi for at-home entertainment. Two of the sitting room sofas convert to single beds for further sleeping flexibility, and we’ll provide all the linen for the main beds.

Excellent position and a home from home. Ideal with handy store just over road. Everything great.

Mrs Alison S,

The best cottage in our many visits to Suffolk. Would love to stay here again but next visit to Suffolk is our move up here!

The Latham Family,

Very comfortable and well presented home. Blessed with great weather for our second trip here. We will be back!

The Woodhead Family,

We had a lovely few days in this holiday home with our young daughters. We enjoyed the unusual February summer weather at the beach and at Dunwich Heath. We also had a lovely meal at the Sail Loft. Thank you very much.

Previous Customer,

We've had a brilliant week in this fantastic bungalow. Everything we could have asked for and more. We will definitely recommend and hope to return!

Previous Customer,

We wish to thank you for the many delightful and thoughtful touches you have provided in this pristine accommodation. It made such a difference to our holiday.
